Kacie D. Crowson. Kacie is an ASHA certified and Texas Licensed Speech Language Pathologist who resides in Sulphur Springs with her family of four. After graduating from Sulphur Springs High School she attended Stephen F. Austin State University where she received a Bachelor of Science Degree with a Major in Speech Language Pathology in 2001. In 2008 she earned her Master of Science Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Texas Woman’s University. Kacie has 16 years of experience as a speech therapy provider. Kacie is certified in VitalStim (Neuromuscular Electronic Stimulation for swallowing), AmpCare Effective Swallowing Protocol, and the LSVT Loud program. Kacie has experience providing therapy in all areas of communication including: articulation, phonology, language, cognition ( memory issues), voice, swallowing, and fluency. Her other areas of interest include Augmentative/Alternative Communication and social communication/pragmatics.
